My appointment was at 10 and I didn't get out of there until 11:40. Computer problems at checkout and check in. My in cabin air filter was on the cusp of needing replacement. If you had told me you didn't have it in stock I would have said let's do it next time and you could have had it ready for me the next time. Instead I had to wait for another 45 minutes for delivery. You didn't tell me until 5 min b4 it arrived and then said I could cancel it if I wanted. I think I should get a free oil change in 6 months.

Guy taking my appointment on phone was beyond RUDE...never got tire rotation as coupon called for..Midas lost a customer

I didn't get number amount for miles when I am suppose to come back in - it wasn't on the ticket.It was also over priced for a simple oil change. So that was very questionable....

Oil change was fine, but you indicated that my right front caliper was leaking and in reality none of them were, the boots were tore on all!! Also you couldn't find the oil leak that I said I had, it was the crank seal . Really ???

Well when I tell them what oil I want put that oil in don’t just go ahead and put more expensive oil in and then tell me to bad that’s the price. Also it would be nice if they had at least $10 in the register to make change with instead of making me walk to other stores to find change to get my car back when it’s 32 degrees outside when they make the mistake of putting more expensive oil in when I asked for regular they should absorb that not make me pay for it Very disrespectful personal working there!
