Midas doesn't allow bad feedback on their website so the star rating is false. This Midas as well as the other Midas on 58th & Capitol are owned by the same person. He is very crooked and his shop does shady work. Do not go here!!!

2.5 hrs. for an oil change.

I cannot say I was completely happy with the process. I had to make three additional trips back to the mechanic due to some unforeseen circumstances according to them. Very inconvenient and I will not take my car back to the shop again.

1.5 hours to fix a slow leak, & then remount the tire backwards! So I could come back 2 hours later & wait another 45 minutes for them to remount the tire correctly!!!

WORST service ever! Got there, stood there, like 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged, at least another 7 minutes before they decided to come out of the shop & wait on me!!! Bad customer service. Someone should have greeted me as soon as I came through the door!!! Had a 9:15 appointment. It was at least 8 minutes early! They never said they were running behind! 10:07 was when they finally took my truck in!!! 10:07!!! REALLY!!! I COULD HAVE DONE IT FASTER AT HOME MYSELF!!!!!!! I think I finally left at 11:00 for a 9:15 appointment!!!

I have always enjoyed going to this Midas for the care that was taken. Recently the new manager seems to be more interested in checking his cell phone. He answers his phone while checking us in. Not very good customer service.
