I would not return to this shop on a bet!!!

Speed was kind of slow and the cost was expensive. Service was decent tho.

Service was very good, was kept up-to-date as to the reason for the delay. I asked how long the service rendered would take and was told about 45 minutes. Reason for the delay was related to stock availability. They had to pick up parts required. I do not fault the the employees, probably an issues obtaining parts.

I had my oil changed at the Menominee falls Midas and they broke my taillight. Did not tell me but put a red plastic patch over it. I did not notice it for a few weeks when I cleaned my car. I've only had the car 6 months and Midas is the ONLY place I h

Satisfied is good. Something would have to really stand out for me to say highly satisfied.

Our parts we're marked up over 300% and we were told because of the warranties given and the professional install. That if would have suppiled our own parts it wouldn't have been so expensive. Terrible place.

They did not ask what vehicle I had when I made my first appointment so upon arrival I was told the special lift required was not available. I rescheduled to reserve the special lift but was told on my second visit that because my work van was not empty it

The repair was easy to schedule. As soon as I arrived at store the technician began processing my vehicle. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently. The repair cost was also reasonable.
