During my service visit I had my front brakes done...pads/rotors. The next day I had an issue with my front tire making a rattling noise. I returned to Midas and they replaced a bad bolt. Great follow-up with great customer service!

The problem that the codes detected was one that should not have been happening with our 2 year old car. They informed us of the possible price and asked if we were had a warranty. They could order the correct part, but it would take until Monday. We appreciate their input, and that they were not looking to just make a quick sale. We have always appreciated that they do this. They will say this and this needs to be done now, and you can wait a couple of months or a month depending on what needs to fixed. And they show you the part that needed replacing when it comes off!

The Bellevue location has always provided me with excellent, professional and efficient service. They have always been transparent about the issues with my vehicles and provided me with smart, affordable alternatives. Their work is excellent, dependable, and unlike other mechanic shops in town, I never drive away with a greasy mess on my car. I have no problem driving to the other end of the metro to visit Midas of Bellevue, and I will continue doing so. Chandler and his team are the best!
