I've been dealing with this Midas for a year and a half. Never thought they would deceive me. Midas tried to get me to pay for repairs I didn't need. Got a second opinion from another well known shop. When I called the head mechanic person to explain that

"Went in for an oil change, had to make an appointment. That's fine. Show up at scheduled time, took over an hour to change my oil! When I get back out to my car, my owners manual is sitting in passenger side floor. Ok, I go to put it back in glove box."
