They were honest and told me I needed some brake job done. Took it to another place today to get a second opinion and yes I do and will be going back to Midas??

Christopher is always friendly. We have several vehicles we take to him and he never disappointed. He even walked outside and showed me under the hood where to check my break fluid bc i had a leak. Until I could get it fixed. They are great!

Everything was very smooth - from the explanations to the service - I couldn’t be happier.

Went in for oil change. Ask about a price to replace 4 spark plugs. Price quoted was over $100 higher than competition. Was quickly given the feeling they would rather not work on my vehicle. Was polite enough to give me a $1400 quote for a set of shocks.

Jacob was very thorough in explaining the options and pricing, and he checked in to communicate what was happening and to review the checklist and make recommendations for suggested filter replacements. I appreciated his candor. Midas was able to perform the services needed so I wouldn’t need to return another day. Much appreciated.
