Love it will go again for sure

Customer service was excellent. He was friendly and never made me feel stupid or like I didn’t know snoring about cars.

I was in on 11/29 for a tire rotation. This was a free rotation from buying tires when this location was a NTB. I feel like even though it was a free service my job was given the same priority as a paying customer. The Cottage Grove location has become busier and busier everytime I come in, but they continue to still offer top notch customer service. That is why even though this location is busy and sometimes have to schedule out 7-10 days for a tire rotation I will still continue to come to this location. I am SO bad with names, and wish I could say who all helped me that day so this comment can get back to them. There were three guys revolving in and out helping with customers that day while I was there and they were all great. I had conversations with each of the three and all were very personable.

We’ve purchased boat and car tires here on multiple occasions. At each visit the customer service has been phenomenal. Adam is very knowledgeable, personable and thorough. Very efficient and comprehensive service. I’ve been very happy with my tires and service!!

Everyone at Big O was so wonderful! I came in with something in my tire, and they took the time to squeeze me in during a packed weekend. They were so kind and understanding of my problem and explained everything very well, especially because I know nothing about cars. Thank you to everyone at Big O Cottage Grove, you added a smile to my crappy day!

Spencer is by far extremely helpful he knows what he’s doing and what he’s talking about he’s friendly and his customer service is very very good and helpful

So impressive. I was in for an oil change and waited for it. The young man at the counter was amazingly courteous,professional and helpful to everyone he interacted with including -in store customers, callers on the phone and co-workers. Just great. And he was a young man but very polished. The oil change and rotation was quick and well done too

There was an ordering issue with tires but it was cleared up in minutes and the install was faster than I expected.

I do all my own vehicle maintenance except for tires. I brought my Highlander in for tires only, but they informed me that my strut assembly was in need of and that my serpentine belt was about to go. Both issues were absolutely correct. I was already fully aware and in process of replacing both. Good to know that they actually look at things. About 8 months later, they did an inspection free of charge to identify a bad CV joint

Without an appointment, I was still able to have my tire repaired in an extremely timely manner! It was well under the initially estimated time.

I did not know I could be offered an alignment check. But the manager was so kind and helpful. Very friendly.

Thank you Mark for all your help and patience. I had two vehicles get new tires last week and mark went above and beyond to help me both times after I added services and changed my mind multiple times on what I wanted.

Spencer and all the employees at this location were very friendly and helpful. I was expecting my service to take almost twice as long as it did especially for scheduling it last minute but they fit me in to their day and got everything I wanted done.
