Big O Tires

I will be back.

I came in because i had a nail in my tire. The technician fixed my tire quickly and they didn't charge me for the service!

I arrived 2 and a half hours before my appointment because of the tow truck. But they got me in the minute I pulled up they took my information and I was very happy with the service they provided and there knowledge.

Receptionist was very knowledgeable of what I needed and also exhibited high levels of professionalism.

Great experience-- I'll be back! They offered realistic advise for an old car, which I really appreciated it.

Service and price

I never had a problem with Big O. Everyone at this store from Heather the service manager to the automotive technician were phenomenal taking our car apart and putting back together with the appropriate repairs. When I came in I was uncertain whether I wanted to spend the money to do the repairs there, but after talking with friends who had similar problems with their own Buick I had the peace of mind to go ahead with the repair. The bonus, of course, is having the Big O account to spread out the repair expenses. The best part was hearing my wife say to me that her car runs like new. :-) Give these guys a raise and a compliment for a job well done. I will always refer people to Big O.

I know you guys were busy. You did have my car for 7 hours and I did turn into "that"� customer when you finally got it in 30 minutes before close and then said I'd have to wait til the next day. I'd spent the previous 2 days helping a friend who's a foster mom accommodate a total of 6 kids. Sore, up to my armpits in construction materials and kids...I turned into a "Karen"� when the tech called me back and said theyd made my car driveable by bending the rim back so I could get to an important event the next day, I was thrilled. I'm 50 and single and both my boys are deployed in the Air Force. I miss my mechanics. Thank you for putting up with my grumpy butt
