Awesome! A competitor said tire was not repairable and offered to sell me 2 new ones. I took damaged tire to BIG O TIRES...they fixed it for FREE and ive been driving on it for a week with no issues!@

Professional employees

The manager deserves a raise. She had me back on the road in hours compared to days as quoted by the competition. Was able to locate, install and get the new tires other were not. Even though a mistake was made over the phone she still made it happen. Thanks!

I could not have asked for a better crew to get my truck tires on. By far, Shawn showed me a positive experience that I have never seen in a shop before. As a mechanic, I do not like taking my vehicles to anyone but me and my garage. But my tires are too big for this DOY guy. Thank you Shawn!!
