I had a nail in my tire. 1)The employee said he couldn't safely fix it. He didn't try to talk me into fixing it. I like honesty. 2) He said he couldn't get an exact replacement tire. He didn't try to sell me something "close enough". I liked his low key sales pitch. I had thought Big O might have pushy sales people trying to bait and switch, but I guess I was wrong. When I need tires, I'll be back.

As I have said many times you are extremely fortunate to have all of the crew at this shop. I am always secure with anything they tell me that needs to be done on any of the automobiles in my family. You are extremely fortunate to have Heather as the manager and Mitch is one of the best mechanics I have ever had the peace of mind with when he tells me what needs to be done.

Bought my tires at another store, but that store was closed. Went to this shop and they took care of me with no questions asked. Wait time was minimal and got out of there with tire repaired, tire rotation and tire balance. Great job to those guys there at the Blaine shop.
