Long time customer treated well

Went to get a oil change done , i told them no tire rotation and when i picked up only thing was done was oil change. They didnt not do everything that comes with it free alignment check or the inspection they do!! A whole hour just for the oil change it just outrageous

I needed help fast for a tire leak, and I called at 5:30 p.m. and they said come in and we will take a look. Store closes at 6! That was so awesome! Your staff was able to fix my tire, no charge! I don't know of any other place that does that for free! I appreciate you all!! They stayed late to help me get back on the road!!! Thank you so much!!!

When I had called to make my appointment, I had a coupon that validated me for a $19.99 full service oil and filter change which included a free tire rotation along with a free multi-point inspection. When going into the store, I was told that the quality of the oil would not be what I had originally expected simply because they no longer serviced it. Had I known that in advance, I would have went to another shop that offered the oil I wanted and would have paid far less for it. Aside from having to pay much more than I anticipated, the oil change took over an hour to change. No one from the shop came to inform me that it would take as long as it did and or offer me a discount considering how long it took. Having expressed my frustrations, no one seemed to care how bothered I was. I was extremely disappointed in how long the oil change took, and how they failed to inform me about the oil situation after telling them I had a coupon. I will never be going back to this shop to receive any form of service and neither will any of my family members.

The gal, I can't remember her name, was very friendly and handled my order with professionalism.

Slow, took about 1.5 hours to change my oil. After I had left the store I noticed my car smelled strongly like oil. I pulled over on the side of the road to find that they did not put the oil cap back on my engine. Oil was everywhere! I returned to the store, they put the cap back on, I asked them to try to clean off some of the oil so it's doesn't smell so bad, they pull my car out if the bay and I get in to smell brake cleaner that was stronger then the oil. At this point I was fed up and just wanted to leave. Long story longer I will not be returning to Big o Tires.

All went well as expected.

I was charge for a transmission flush and we deicided not to do just to drop the tranny pan amd replace the filter and gasket 420 dollars later

Did a great job on my broken exhaust pipe.

cleaner than last time and made fresh coffee for my wait.

Tire buying sucks! Thankfully Heather made it painless and my car was serviced that day... thank you!

thy said it would take a hour and a half,and it was done on time. amanda was very knowledgeable and friendly.my all round experience was grate.
