The service was exceptional. The tires that were supposed to go on my car were to small. But they told me they t would cost more. When I went to check out they charged me the price that was quoted. I was very happy with that. I'll go there again.

The coffee area, I should say no coffee , is filthy. I came in for an oil change and at the checkout I was first told that I didn't have any transmission fluid, then I was told that I would have to go buy a dip stick cause mine was missing. The mechanic explained to me that that was not the case. It was just that the mileage required a flush which I had already done previously. The manager, Heather, is nice but it doesn't look good with all the managers this place has gone through.

Awesome! A competitor said tire was not repairable and offered to sell me 2 new ones. I took damaged tire to BIG O TIRES...they fixed it for FREE and ive been driving on it for a week with no issues!@

I requested that the white lettering on the new tires be faced outward when I checked in with the Lady at the counter. When the tires were installed the white letters were facing in. The technician did offer to reverse them but I declined due to time. Otherwise it was a good experience.

The manager deserves a raise. She had me back on the road in hours compared to days as quoted by the competition. Was able to locate, install and get the new tires other were not. Even though a mistake was made over the phone she still made it happen. Thanks!

Asked them to reset the oil life gauge and they didn't so I had to go back in the store and ask them do it before I left.

Great service as always. They were able to fit me in without an appt!
