As I have said many times you are extremely fortunate to have all of the crew at this shop. I am always secure with anything they tell me that needs to be done on any of the automobiles in my family. You are extremely fortunate to have Heather as the manager and Mitch is one of the best mechanics I have ever had the peace of mind with when he tells me what needs to be done.

Its nice to have skilled Technicians doing the repairs or maintenance needed and to show you the parts being replaced! Its a tribute to the Manager and team effort!

Was warrenty work from before the shop has Big O. Will be back when tires are needed.

I got a nail in my tire and was due for new tires. I called 45 min before they were supposed to close. I was only calling to see what the could do. I was only 5 min away so he said come on in. Max was fantastic and very helpful in making sure I got my tires done that night, even without an appointment. He and his staff did a Great job and stayed late to make sure my tires got done that night
