The receptionist was very knowledgeable and kind. They were very honest with me about what needed and what didn’t need to be done which saved me a bundle of money. I will be going back there for all my future vehicle services.

Went in there to get a oil change ended up buying four tires. Nice people knowledgeable and a good deal on tires free rotation for a life of tires I will definitely go back there again

Location is close to home and so far scheduling has been great

I take care of all my car service needs at this location. I like the fact that they keep great records of all services done to both of my vehicles. I would definitely recommend Big O Tire to everybody who has a car. The people who work there are always extremely very friendly and accommodating.

Big O is so very fortunate to have all of the crew at this location. You could not have a better manager than Heather. Even as the quality of her management team could not be any better the primary reason for my decision to continue the service on my 2 vehicles as well as services on 2 of my daughters cars is what I consider the overall experience with your chief mechanic Mitch. Also in the last 3 years another daughter, her husband and their daughter have had a lot of their service completed at the shop on my recommendation. Again I want you to how very fortunate you are.
