I’m not really a loyalist when it comes to car service- I usually just go to the dealership. But last year I bought some tires from big O because they had the most competitive pricing and the largest selection of all season tires. Everyone I’ve encountered has been a total delight. In a world where customer service is basically dead, big O is a breath of fresh air. I keep scheduling all my maintenance here because I can work in the clean and quiet environment while I wait for my car to be serviced well. Everyone is happy to offer me a coupon if there is one available, and all the staff is so kind. Wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else.

I can't say enough good things about my last visit. I forget the mechanic's name, but he was incredibly helpful in telling me precisely what was wrong with my car and THEN some of what I wasn't aware of! My rear pads, rotor, and axle were replaced, my brake fluid flushed and replaced, and I was given a nice quote on all-seasonal tires which, for a while, I know I've needed. My mechanics was extremely helpful in guiding me towards the right needs and products for my car, loved my experience! Will of course return in the future!

Great people at the desk with good mechanics who care. We've been going to John for years because he always explains everything to us. What needs to be taken care of now and later and what the pricing will look like.

Called in and asked the lady how much it was gonna be for me to have my own tires be put on the vehicle she said that it would be $15 a tire to be put on so when I got there the lady explained to me that they had a price for taking your old tires off and everything and that was a $10 charge So my bill came up to 120 something!!!!! another customer had the same problem that she quoted him the same thing!!!! I thought I should've been have got beer be able to get that quote because Fleet Farm only charge you $20 remount and balancing the tire on and that's what I told her!!!! Thanks a lot BigO Tyre
