I had a dead battery and had it jumped to get going. I called to see if I could get a new one installed right away. Although they had a busy schedule Pat told me they could work me in! He was so nice and understanding of my situation. He and the crew saved my day. I'm so thankful!

Dropped off my vehicle for an oil change. It was done quickly and any issues found with my vehicle during the oil change was conveyed to me.

I had 4 tires of my own to be installed on a dump trailer, they got me right in and customer service was great and done in a timely manner.

Starting with my Big O initiation period in Elk River with Joel Phillips (no at Champlin location) and Zach Schmidt, then following Zach and Pat Seyko to Rogers, I have never been less than highly satisfied and deeply grateful for the treatment and care my car and I have received. Along with consultation this time from Pat and Zach, Will performed the work, AND maintained the impressively high standard I have been used to.

I bought my tires at a Big O store in Arizona. I needed them rotated and balanced. For some reason, they couldn't find me on the computer. In the end, they took me at my word and performed the service free of charged. I've been a Big O customer since before I could legally drive. Grew up on a farm in Kentucky and we took our tractor tires to Big O. I'm 57 now, so I've been a Big O customer for almost 50 years. I won't go anywhere else for my tires.

My wife brought a car in and felt VALUED as a female and customer. I went (husband) and immediately felt it was a great experience. Exceptional service and staff, helpful and courteous, and the job was done right the first time. I would go back based on the way they treated my wife and me. We have another appointment scheduled and I will be scheduling another car based on my experience. It's worth the 30-minute drive for the quality of service we received.

The whole team was great, on time and pleasant. I always come back to this location for my oil changes!

Chris the mechanic was really quick on getting my brakes off and on and informed me I have some loss front end parts. Scott the store manager was very helpful on getting the brakes I needed.

I purchased 4 new tires Pat was a great help in finding the tires I wanted. The installation went good. On time including small fixes. After getting the truck back 1 tire seemed out of balance I called pat and he remedied the situation with no trouble at all.

Needed an oil change, no muss no fuss, was in and out with a nice fresh oil change. A lot better than most times I go at other places
