We visited about the new tire purchase. They gave an estimate and I Approved. The tires were ordered and the appointment was set. I dropped he vehicle off and they completed the tire replacement that day. All is good

I was able to schedule an oil change within a few days. Other places were completely booked solid. Pat answered the phone and remembered me as a customer and greeted me warmly. The associates at Big O Tires knew that I needed to get to work right after the oil change and they made sure I could leave in a timely manner. While I was waiting, Pat was friendly, professional and courteous. I am extremely happy with the recommendations that were made and I am also pleased with how well my car is running.

I expressed concern with my total bill as the price for the synthetic oil change was very expensive. Upon expressing that concern, the staff member gave me a discount on my service, which was very nice of him to do.

I would like to get the other three can I apply for the payments plan can someone help me with that
