I had a flat tire Saturday. After calling Fridley and Brooklyn center locations. I was able to get appointment at Fridley locationtion but not till Monday. I had to dsy off of work and I drove up to the store at 1 for my 2 pm appointment. Store was dark know one there. I was so upset i missed work money that i dont have to miss. I called Brooklyn center asked if they knew why store closed. He didnt know said just call Tuesday I said I cant miss work. I then hung up and saw on line a Rogers location. Guy who helped me was so nice. Got me in as soon as a could get there driving on bad tire. And was so nice helpful and kind. Right now times are so hard and that kindness was so nice. And I noticed he was like that to all his customers and staff

thoroughly checked out my vehicle for possible battery problem. None found and was not charged for this service. Will always use Big O because I trust them.

I did not have an appointment and they got me in right away and the price was fantastic the customer service was great.

I have work with Pat in the past when I bought new tires. I am deaf so we text for appt. While there the mechanic saw a problem had Pat explained to me the issue and had a solution ready. Had that done. Nice to see they care about my truck like their own.

I needed a headlight bulb replaced in my Traverse. Not a hard job, but need to go through wheel well. I called the Rogers, MN location and Dave the manager got me right in. I was in and out quickly at a great fair price! Exactly what Rogers needs from an auto repair center!

Great tires at a reasonable price. Friendly service. Added to all of that, it was finished ahead of schedule. Considering that it was a one day special, the crew was "swamped", but still managed to get my car done ahead of schedule. Two thumbs up...
