Dropped off the vehicle and they told me roughly an hour, but they were done in about half that time. The staff were great as well

I drove to the Robert Street store to get my flat trailer tire repaired. The guy at the counter took my info on the work order. I went out to get my wheel, he came out behind me, said he would carry it inside, & that they would call when ready. They called in less than an hour. I went back to get it & pay. Same person was at the counter, I asked how much & he said "No charge". I asked what causewas for leak, he said air valve was cut. I was flabbergasted but happy & thankful. In these times of inconsideration this is commendable. Thankyou Big O Tires!

The team at this site is great!!! Even when the "boss" is away there is no goofing off :). The employee's knowledge and checking other possible needs was right on target.
