Big O Tires

This was my second visit to Big O and just like the first time, everything was wonderful from beginning to end. I was politely greeted and listened to. My car was brought in immediately following the conversation. There was continuous follow up as to what the problems were, and what they were doing to correct them. Both times pricing was way more than fair. They are not there to cheat you. They explain things to you. Rick is awesome! :) The entire team is nice, straight forward, fair and prompt. I initially thought they only did tires. They are a one stop shop and have definitely earned my business. Great work!

The manager (Lonnie) was extremely explanatory when giving us our options on tire reparability versus new. Personable and professional as was the tech William was as well. Fast great service and we were on our way....THANKS...we will be back!

I have been always happy with my services here. Staff is friendly. Service is done in appropriate amount of time. The best part is they have been honest about everything. They have been very trustworthy.

I had two trailer tires, one had a nail stuck in it, and the other one was loosing air. I was not pleased with the service where I used to bring my tires for repair, so I checked out Big O Tires. They are a 10/10. I was approached immediately upon entering the store, and the gentlemen offered to come out to my truck and look at the tires. Right away he offered to have them looked at and serviced in his shop. I dropped them off and in 35 minutes they called saying they had repaired both tires, and they did it free of charge being that this was my first time at there store. You guys did a great job, and do not lack customer support, thank you.

They allowed me to come in without an appointment even though it was close to the end of the day, and we’re very friendly, helpful, and hard-working. Pleasant and positive experience!

Rick is an excellent manager. He is very customer focused. I brought in two vehicles to have Big O Tires swap my summer and winter tires. I live just a few minutes form the store and Rick volunteered to give me a ride home. I really appreciate his commitment to his customers.

The tire light remained on after I left however when I returned it was taken care of right away- this was very appreciated

The West St. Paul Big O has become my shop. They are honest and friendly, and it's very nice knowing that they are not going to try to sell me parts or repairs I don't need. I always recommend them to my friends and family. Keep up the great work!

Associates worked with me to make sure I was satisfied, prices were competitive, and that my questions were answered. Also, associate understood that I do some work on my vehicle and discussed some of the items they noted during the alignment.

They did not recommend tire rotation with oil change.
