I typically do not write reviews, however they warned this. This is a 100% real and honest review. I had a bulge in my driver side rear tire which means a blow out was going to happen. I was 3 hours from home and not familiar with the area. I called a few places but no one would answer their phone and one place didn’t have my size tire (I have a rare size tire so typically most places have to order them in). I called Big O Tire in Lakeville first and explained my situation. He stated the Northfield location was closer to me and said if they were unable to get me in to. All back and they would help me. I called the Northfield Big O Tire location and someone answered on the first ring. They had the correct tires for my car and offered to help me out right away. I made it to the store and all of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and kept me informed of the progress on my car. I expected a very long wait since I didn’t have an appointment, however they were very quick! This is my first time at a Big O Tire store and I was not disappointed at all. I would highly recommend this location to others and I would drive 3 hours again in the future to have my car serviced here.
