They never try to "up sell" me for parts or services I don't need that day but do advise of potential parts or services I may need down the road. I never feel pressured, the services are performed in a timely manner and I'm always treated courteously.

I made an appt online. I dropped off the car the night before and was welcomed by Dan at the front desk. He explained the process and said he would call me in the morning after the inspection. I received a call before my scheduled appt time and everything was completed same day without any issues.

I felt like I was truly heard and listened to at every step. Having engine trouble is the worst because you have to leave your car with someone and hope they do their best. Well, it makes me exceedingly happy to know now I have a place that I not only trust, I actually really enjoy taking my car to. The entire staff was helpful and kind from the very start (even when I was rambling on and on about the issues I was having). They communicated with me via text, which is a HUGE benefit as I can't take phone calls while working, and also thoroughly explained everything that was happening at each step. I never felt like they were pushing a sale, but rather educating me on what really needed to be done, and what could wait. I never felt like I was just a customer, but rather it felt like I had been going there for years. So, now I have mechanic, tire sales, and all around great family-esque friends in Carpentersville - thank you for making this not only a good experience with my car, but more so leaving that good feeling that I know I was taken care of in every aspect.
