I’ve been going there for years and I trust them

I have been frequenting this shop for about 15 years since it is just a few doors down from my workplace. Now that I have retired I felt compelled to return there for an oil change since I trust that they won't surprise me with a bunch of up charges.

They never try to "up sell" me for parts or services I don't need that day but do advise of potential parts or services I may need down the road. I never feel pressured, the services are performed in a timely manner and I'm always treated courteously.
