I appreciate the high quality of service that Midas provides to my vehicles.

Staff at this location is very professional, they respond in a timely matter to all our concerns and provide educated recommendations to help us maintain our Fleet in the best possible working order. I selected to transfer my Fleet from Firestone to Midas. Mike and his Staff are highly recommended to all friends and family for them to take their vehicles to Midas for all service and repairs. Listen to what I had to say about my car he checked everything my car ran very smooth after I left and I felt very safe I did not know my tires were cracking and old made me feel comfortable while I waited and was very impressed with the bathrooms very clean he showed me everything that was wrong with my car and I appreciate that

I think overall Midas in Visalia provides good service. The employees are polite and waiting is not an issue if you are busy. They also offer a ride home if you don't want to wait for your car at their shop. Great job!

I liked that the fast and effective the customer service was, as well as the service to my car. I got in during the afternoon, and my car was ready the same day. I was expecting to leave my car overnight, bit l got greatly surprised when l found our that l was going to take my car the same day. Awesome job!
