The leadership team, Joel and Nick have been consistently excellent. They are friendly, respectful, honest, clear, and understanding. As with previous experiences with the Technicians, Hannah was diligent and knowledgeable. In my experiences, the whole team seems to work very well together, which benefits me and other customers. Scheduled online - received a personal call within 10-15 minutes confirming appointment. Received images from the store after inspection of vehicle. Received a text, then a phone call to discuss findings and suggested work to be completed. Received two calls when the vehicle was completed from the mechanic who did the work and the manager/scheduler. Great customer service - don't see that much any more unfortunately....keep up the good work and thank you.
