I am highly satisfied with Midas because my experience is always pleasurable. It is always easy to schedule an appointment, my wait times have been reasonable, and I have yet to be dissatisfied with the customer service. From what I can tell, my car, as well as myself, are always treated with respect. And to add to that... the prices of service are incomparable to most places near me. I feel like Midas does not try to get as much money as possible out of me but they try to create the best car experience with their customer.
