employee was having bad day and definitely not happy so even though I HAD BEEN TOLD TO BRING MY TRUCK IN AT 1PM when I got there was told they could not look at it. I drove 25 miles to get there they said I could leave it not making plans for that meant

I like the Midas location in Mankato. Mark is always very nice to me when I go in to get my oil changed.

"I was lied to. When I called to say that my low tire light was still on, I was told that they didn't have the tool to re-set it. That tool is an air hose and I am pretty sure they have one. I would have thought they would have checked the tire pressure "

They couldn’t get a part, not a Midas problem, but, still not happy about it. Midas was fine, but, they couldn’t get the part, even from the dealership.

"Don't bother making an online appointment with Midas in Mankato as they don't respond. When I called them, the times had already been filled. Id give it no stars if that was an option. Maybe the oil change itself is good...that I don't know."

They seem to do okay with an oil change but they do not look at or honor appointments made online. I don?t understand why they even have that option if they totally ignore it. You need to call to make an appointment.
