I was in and out. The only thing that I was upset about was they charged me a service fee just to change my oil.

The person I talked to (Josh? Jason?) was knowledgable, friendly, and empathetic to our issues. Very happy with how I was treated and how things were communicated.

Dan and Josh are always very helpful and accommodating to my needs and when I can bring in my vehicle. Both explain things in a way I can understand not being a 'car' person. Explain the risk/concern, the fix, and costs in its entirety.

The customer service was exceptional Dan explained everything that needed to be repaired called my car Warrenty carrier ordered the parts and scheduled a loaner car for me. My car was ready for pick up when I got there the next day. The cost was reasonable

Justin was great the manager on duty was great very nice guys I just didn't understand how the discount was working and I feel like I should have gotten the discount on my oil change like I asked for $70 oil change I had a coupon for but I didn't receive it

This Midas is always so kind and patient. I know exactly going in what is going to be done and there aren’t any doubts after! I was able to receive a courtesy car, which was amazing, especially with me not having to wait, I was able to move about the day while I trusted them with my car!
