I feel like I was misled in the phone call I made to confirm my online appointment. There are 3 different options. I was not made aware of them all. After my oil change was done I somehow ended up paying $25 more than I thought even with the $20 off coupon

Receptionist was rude and Didn?t apply the coupon I presented. Did not tag window with oil change information.And We left vehicle to pick up in the evening and when we got there store was closed and the window was down on our vehicle parked in the lot.
