Clear explanation and expectations. First time visit and pleased with professionalism. I'm old school and appreciate a shop being open and ready on time. I ironically was in the area with a stalled vehicle and noticed Mgmt and staff on site early instead of showing up at the last minute. Also, well maintained business inside and out.

I have full trust in the guys here. They always help me out whenever I have any questions about my car. Sometimes I make an appointment and sometimes I just walk in if they aren’t too busy. They are friendly, yet professional and always explain my options without pressuring me to constantly replace this or that like every other mechanic. I had previously purchased a case of oil and filter at a NAPA location. My mother was hospitalized and I needed to get my oil changed before I drove her the 3 1/2 hour trip home. I stopped at another oil change service center in Kearney and they informed me they could not/would not use my oil and filter, and they told me that I wouldn't find a service center that would. I stopped at Midas and explained my situation. The manager was very obliging to get my car in for service that day and willingly used the oil and filter I had. It was a very pleasant experience and if ever in the Kearney area, I will stop in again.

Justin was fantastic to work with. I believe it went above and beyond to try to help us. I understand how stressful it was for him just losing a tech, having to fix a broken window, being short handed and he still went above and beyond for us
