Horrible service. I made an appointment several days before. I watched and heard people walk in without appointments get service before my car. I know I'm not white. But I am a citizen. Pay my taxes.. and will make sure that everyone knows how bad

My car had an emergency and i had to pull over immediately. Luckly it was into the Midas lot. After talking to the gentleman at the counter we did service on the car. The mechanic was incredibly knowledgeable in the issue and its repair :D i was blown away. And the tech at the counter was very nice and upfront with us. Absolutely loved it. Will most definitely be coming to this location in the future!

I took my car to Mida?s on Williams for basic maintenance. Tire rotation and oil change. They in return quoted me over $3grand in damages. Stating my rear struts were severely damaged and in ?the red?. Funny. Bc 3months ago my rear struts were replaced! I

Quick estimate and fast repair. Repair was as quoted and done in completely with minimal wait time

The managers and mechanics (George in particular) were very well mannered and knowledgeable. They were very communicative easy to work with.

I have always been happy with the service I received and George and Chris were especially helpful and friendly.

The men got me right in for the repair I needed for my car and explained everything that they needed to do to get me moving along in a good manner of time.

I was planning on having my car towed to my regular shop because my brakes had gotten real hot, but I remembered Midas was just two blocks away from me so instead of having my car towed I just drove it up there the next morning and within two and a half hours I had my car back . I ended up having it have a complete brake job in the front. Everybody there was very nice between mechanic and the person up front always get me in the loop all throughout the process.
