"I went to the Midas located at 2602 Williams Blvd in Cedar Rapids, IA for new break pads & rotors for my car. I had several issues when I called this store and my concerns were addressed immediately! I could not have asked for better service anywhere else."

Took my daughter's car in for an oil change and they showed me some serious issues that could be life-threatening. These issues didn't just pop up We had been going to another place for an oil change and they never said a word. They actually took me out to the car and showed me what the problem was and I couldn't believe that the other oil change place that we've gone to didn't notice or failed to tell us about these issues!

Helpful staff that did what they could to keep costs down.

I am from out of town visiting my sister and she let me borrow her car and her power train light came on so I took it to Midas because it was walking distance. I ended up having the best experience with Paul & Adam with my sisters Jeep that I brought in my RV to have them service it before I head home:) My sister will now continue to use Midas from here on out and when I come to town I will always have my RV serviced by Midas:) I would give them 10 stars!!! They always forget 1 thing. Turn off oil change signal or refill windshield wipe fluid.

Good service..and them workers really nice And they fix my car less then 30 min

I only got an oil change but the manager did do a good job at explaining things to me.

My car was up on the lift in minutes after my arrival. They invited me to take a look at the problem and better explain the process.

Wasn't happy with shocks and struts that were installed. They thought the ride was fine. I thought that the ride was more rough than it was before I will not go to them again.

Unusual exhaust leak. Found and fixed it fast. George kept me informed and explained things in detail.
