Overall Midas is an okay mechanic shop aside from the issues I've had with them. Their mechanics do good work but the customer service from Gary makes the place that much better.

Total understanding of what I wanted done plus more checking to see if anything else might be on it's way to give me any future or soon to happen problems. Very happy with my total experience . Thank you LJG

I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for service. No tire rotation was done on my vehicle. I will not visit this location again..

Manager wanted to charge me $114.00 for diagnostic, when all they did was pull off a flap behind the headlight and jiggle the turn signal bulb. The mechanics are cool, though. They looked up the cost of replacing the whole assembly, which is the only way to permanently fix the problem...for over $800.00. Well, I wasn't going to pay that, of course, for a front turn signal bulb. But I was grateful they showed me how to fix it myself. The guy at the counter only charged me 20 bucks, though.

The employees there were extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. They explained the problem and how they were going to help me with the problem. They told me the cost of everything in advance so there were no surprises.

The gentleman was very friendly and knowledgeable about what they were doing to my car. He even took pictures and sent it to my email which I thought was great! I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off like other places I have experienced. I appreciate that because I'm a widow and I never had to do all the mantience on my car before.
