Good job on alignment I think. But it left there shop with 2 holes poked in the racketpinion boot. In the long run. 91 dollars for a alignment. Going to cost me 1400.00 dollars to replace my racketpinion. Don't figure up dose it. Just a heads up

Customer Service. Quality of the work done. I believe any business or company should always put the customer above themselves and their satisfaction first and foremost. Then I believe second that the quality of the work done should be the second most important thing. No matter how long it takes on a job that customer service plus quality of work equals customer satisfaction. That also means that the customer is more likely to return in the future. I will return to Midas in the future and recommend them to my friends and family. I believe what I stated above is and should be the motto of Midas.

Customer service was over the top. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto service center. I appreciated the attention to detail and the technicians found an issue with my tires that I wasn’t aware of. Overall 10/10
