I googled exhaust shops tupelo ms. A few shops pulled up midas being one. My brain automatically thought there going to be pricey. But to give them a chance I called. I was shocked the price was reasonably better yet why more cheaper then the shade tre

The shop manager Otis was amazing!! He broke down to me my vehicles and help me to understand what is going on with them. He was extremely knowledgeable and help me identify thing that will need to be addressed in the near future on both of my vehicles.

Cody, the person at the front desk, was very courteous to customers as they came in. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He kept you up to date on what was going on with your vehicle while you waited. I appreciated his knowledge of everything that was going on. I knew when they started working on it and each step that was being taken and as soon as they were finished. I will definitely be using Midas for all my vehicles.

Service was good. I left my car with them and came back and it was ready on time.

Great. No issues. Very professional staff.

Primarily the fact that it took less than an hour get the service done. There was a customer in front of me that they told it would be at least an hour wait but it didn't take that long for me so I was extremely happy about that and then I was able to go on about my day.

Came in for oil change and inspect fuel filterEnded up with fuel injection and new spark plugsWhich led to oil in old plugs and needed valve gasket cover but runs smooth now
