My car was towed to Midas with break problems on Oct.14 2020. Tha person in charge was name Dakota. He got into my car and wrecked it saying ..?there was no notice saying there was no breaks.? Now they can?t fix tha breaks or DNT want to fix tha break afte

I came in with a $20 off coupon for a $30-$40 service, but ended up spending over $100. I also got a quote for a $1,000 repair that I ended up getting done elsewhere for $250.

When my car was brought in for an oil change deal there was absolutely nothing wrong with my Murano. A day later all the sudden I have a leak in my coolant system. It s a little too coincidental for me.

The cost of my alternator was less than about an hundred bucks the cost of labor was far stretched almost 7 times that. Same for the purge valve. You guys are getting over on your customers charging outrageous labor costs. Secondly, services were done that was not mentioned to me at the time of quote in which I didn’t know about until my car was ready and I got receipt. Not cool!

The warranty company recommended Midas and they torn my vehicle down and told my that it was no way to put it back together except purchase an engine. Also if I did not use them to do the repairs it was going to cost me a large $$ to just pick the car up as is. The whole situation was so very frustrating that I’m not having medical problems because of the enormous amount of money that I had to spend that I clearly didn’t have. I just couldn’t understand why you would break a person car apart and say that it’s no way to put it back together. I plan to try and file a civil lawsuit to try make some recovery from this awful situation. Not all Midas but all that’s involved.
