Went in for just an oil change with no tire rotation that was included with the oil change advertised on the website. I saw a counter mate with oil change pricing and pointed to the one with $29.99 on it and asked the service manager if that was the price

I had recently serviced my wife's suv at Dodge dealership, who indicated I needed rear brakes replaced asap. At the time, I was only in for minor service, heading out of town and didn't have time to schedule. Checked with Midas online the following week, requested an estimate and scheduled appt...all very easy and efficient! Dropped off car and received call soon after that pads had 60% left, rotors were fine did not recommend changing out. Wow! Honesty was refreshing. Unfortunately, I didn't have any other service needed at this time...and felt bad for the time spent on the inspection. Don't worry...I'll be back to the Lees Summit location soon!

I wish I would've brought my car here before I went to firestone and got highly screwed over. This location has always been amazing. Randall does an amazing job and other shops should learn from him. I have learned my lesson and will only take my car to Randall!!!!
