I came in for an oil change, but I asked about a noise my car was making and the associate said they would take it for a drive to figure out what it was and didn’t charge extra. I was surprised that they were willing to do this, especially without an extra charge. The associate also took me out to the garage to show me the issues on my car. I’ve never had anyone do this, and it was insightful to be able to see it and have it explained to me. They also gave me a full inspection report and broke down everything that needed attention. The associate explained it all very well and even told me what needed to be fixed right away and what can wait. It seems most places would not be so upfront about that and just tell you it all needs to be fixed now. I really appreciated the honesty.
