Only downfall to the whole experience is that my appointment was set for noon but my car didn?t get pulled in til 12:40. Employees though were quick and very professionally. I?ll be back for my other car services.

My low tire pressure light came on and since I use Midas to service my vehicles and since I was in the area I stopped in without an appointment to have my tire pressure checked. Even though it was a cold and snowy day they were able to take a few minutes out of their work to inflate my tires. I was very appreciative.

I was able to request the appointment online, but had to call the location to confirm it. They had my car in and out very quickly! I also received a quote for healing replacement.

While out shopping with my daughter the day before Christmas, my Odyssey van started making noises and displaying several lights on the dashboard! I tried to drive home thinking it was a low battery, but unfortunately I didn’t make it there. Thank goodness there was a Midas on the right side of the street! I quickly pulled in before closing and the manager, Brandon quickly jumped my van and got it into the stalls to diagnose the problem. He was prompt and courteous and explained everything to me. He also let me keep the van there over Christmas and reassured me he would call first thing on Tuesday to tell me if they could save the battery. Midas was efficient and prompt with their turnaround time and I am a very satisfied customer. After all of this before Christmas drama, I ended up needing a new alternator, but luckily I got to keep my battery! I am a busy full time teacher and also a Mom with busy kid schedules, so I greatly appreciate having my vehicle back to perform all these duties! Thank you, Brandon and team for your amazing service and getting this Mom’s wheels back!!!
