Often times, they are juggling multiple phone calls and back to back customers, and I've never seen any of them show any signs of frustrations. The vehicle was driven into the service bay right after I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked into the office. Representative explained clearly what the issues and corrective actions were after he had shown me the vehicle after they had done the inspection. After the work was complete, I was explained what work they had done, what the itemized charges were and what the warranty terms were. Completely professional and courteous. Outstanding experience.

Popped a tire less than a mile away. They loaned us tools to get the tire off. They even had to go to another store to get a tire as our spare wasn't working out. I believe they stayed after hours to put a new tire and air the spare under quoted price.
