What a wonder bunch of guys - 5:50 pm - they are supposed to leave at 6:00 - I had two nails in my tire that needed to get fixed today! I had just left Sears - they told me it would be Wednesday of next week before I could get an appointment - really?!?!?

Everyone was friendly and drop off and pcik up was easy. My only complaint is that we did have to wait for them to charge the person before us and it took a while, but I am siure they are short on help like everywhere.

I have been to the 1st avenue Midas many times and I can say that I haven't gotten better service anywhere else. They take care of you quickly and only sell you what you need unlike a lot of other places. Even though I don't live in Cedar Rapids anymore

James is an outstanding employee. He was thorough and knowledgeable and made me feel at home while I waited on my car

Exmployees explain everything and no pressure to add services, they tell you what you need and the timeframe in which your car would need the services without trying to sell you anything. It is easier to want to stick with them and schedule the services when there is no pressure. Staff is consistently friendly and act like normal people rather than sales people or uptight.
