I came in with a major brake malfunction Don Darnell was so patient with me. The repair was estimated to be Around $3,000. He gave me as much information about the possible complications of having the repairs or not. . There was no pressure. We ended up having the car repaired. Don the repair bill came in under the estimate. We are happy with Midus!

Issue was covered under warranty. Associates were proactive in seeing I had work done here and that fix should be covered under warranty

The front desk staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I never feel like any of the staff is trying to sell me on things I don’t need. They are very honest, understanding & respectable folks.
