Issue was covered under warranty. Associates were proactive in seeing I had work done here and that fix should be covered under warranty

The front desk staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I never feel like any of the staff is trying to sell me on things I don’t need. They are very honest, understanding & respectable folks.

A very friendly and knowledgeable staff that doesnt pressure you to immediately fix little things but gives you a full report on whats up with your car.

This location is quick, efficient, honest, and staff is friendly. I’m from a small-town in Iowa (population < 1,000) where your mechanic is your trusted neighbor, so when I moved to the big city, I was worried about the care and honesty that I’d be getting. This shop exceeded my expectations, and you get the same care and honesty as your small, hometown shop! They’re good at what they do!

My check engine light came on last week so I made my appointment for Saturday April 2nd and Royce at Midas had me in right away and they found out is was me needed a new gas cap. He check his prce ad said it was $50 so Royce told me just to Amazon and order gas cap. Then said there was no charge and took the check engine light. The people at Midas have always taken care of me and made sure I was satisfied. I can't say enough good things to say about Royce and staff at Midas
