The people that work there are very nice and the service was quick.

The staff are kind and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and tend to go above and beyond my expectations. I used to go to my dealership, but I plan to continue with Midas from now on.

Excellent customer service, they detailed the service to be performed, met date and time of delivery of my vehicle, explained why I had to change the tire and the possible risks if not performed.

The employees are truly stand up humans. I have been to this location many times and I have never once felt like I was being taken advantage of in regards to unnecessary services, which is HUGE for me from past experiences at other places. I honestly cannot say enough great things about this Midas location and the employees who work there. Jeff has always been incredibly helpful and takes the time to explain any issues I’m having with my car. Not just what the issue is, but will go into detail why the issue is happening. He’s really great.

Friendly service from everyone I spoke with. Service was professional and timely.

Our work was done promptly and the staff was pleasant. The waiting area had Caribou coffee and cold drinks that were a nice touch.

If there was higher than “highly satisfied”, I’d pick that. Both the gentleman working the counter and the mechanic that actually did the brake repair were friendly and helpful without being too pushy. In fact, they were kind enough to also give me a quote on repairing my power steering and I’m making an appointment to come back for that service in a few weeks!

This Midas is awesome! Roger and his staff do an outstanding job. I have been coming here for years for oil changes and other services on my 4Runner. I trust them to be honest about what is wrong and not over charge me like other places have tried to do
