Always use this location for oil changes and have always been pleased. Always very friendly n polite. They called to inform me of a problem they had found and explained it n said what the cost would be. Told them to proceed with repair. My car runs much better now with improved gas mileage.

Every mechanic I encountered as well as the customer service at the front desk were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will never go to any other mechanic. Midas should be given the recognition they deserve for Muncie!

My car broke down and I had to get it towed into their shop, they were able to look at it the same day and let me know the problem and were able to get the part in next day and have it finished for me before lunch, they were able to help work around my work schedule as needed and get me my car back as soon as possible.

Always have excellent service at Midas. They never try to sell me things I do not need, but will recommend things that either need to be done or will need to be addressed in the future. I was recommended a couple of extra services I had not planned on, but had them done because they made me a good offer for all of it. Top notch.
