Company was behind due to low staff but oil change was still done in 45 min. Also advertised oil change with tire rotation but didn't rotate tires. Manager stated you have to ask for that. So probably shouldn't advertise if you're not going to do.

Overall good service good time to repair problem good staff plus tv in waiting room and close to Glenbrook Mall.

Have pricing posted online and in store. Online they ask for vehicle specifics so pricing should be available for services. Quoted time. After so many hours a shuttle should be offered. Receipt should clearly state the price for items and hours of labor.

When you use a coupon and it tell you it’s 49.99 for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation for free. You should get exactly that but I paid $77 with no rotation of the tires.

I was not greeted, I paced in the waiting room for several minutes waiting on someone to come in from the bay, going over to the window and looking at the workers. Three of the employees were on their cell phones. I had to open the door and ask for assistance. It took 45 minutes for an oil change. The employees looked like there was no hurry to get anything done. The manager did apologize for the wait after the service was completed.
