Great experience at this Midas location every time I go. I met a few new faces and they were very friendly and went out of their way to help me and many other customers that came into the store while I was waiting on my oil change.

I never been to Midas before. And the reviews for Midas didn’t look good, but i though I would give them a try. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. Was helped, and given 3 options for pricing. The person helping me walked me through every pricing. After that they pulled my car into the garage and did a full look over at my car and took me out to my car and showed me what was wrong. They gave me a sheet that broke down all the pricing for the new parts I’d needed. It was expensive and they gave me empathy, and told me which one I should save up for first. They were polite and nice and I was there for about an hour. Great customer service.

The manager Jay was extremely communicative & helpful even tho he was busy! Took extra time to check my light switch too with other courtesy checks👍I have never been to Midas but I will be back!
