I scheduled a simple oil exchange appointment this time and they had an open bay waiting for me when I got there unlike when I would take it to JBA Chevrolet - gone are the days when I wait for two hours to get a simple job done at the time I was scheduled

Misty was excellent to work with. She did great with myself and others who came in while I was waiting. With the number of service items, I did wait and then went to lunch and came back to pick up after she called. Misty also replied back to a follow email and question.

You can trust Midas. Midas replaced my vehicle's leaky brake lines, and did not try to sell me unneeded extras ( did not need rotors, pads) when I arrived with low brake capacity. Thank you. I will return for service and have already recommended you to my neighbors.

I always love how Midas takes care of me. Identified and fixed a rattling under my hood for free. This is the second time they have done this for me for free (previous time was years ago with another car). Know me by name when I walk in the door!

I called first thing maybe 30 minutes after opening and they fit me in without having to wait right away. which was amazing. and I got the full synthetic which was cool too. girl behind the counter was super helpful and very nice! love the customer service. everyone I interacted with there was friendly. which this being my first time was really nice to see.

This was my first time using Midas. I always shop around and Midas had the best price for a synthetic oil change. I got in when I wanted and waited while the oil was being changed. They rotated my times and I didn’t even have to ask. What great customer service. I will be sending my husband there for his oil change. I’ve already told 2 people about my great experience and that they should go there. At a time when customer service is so poor everywhere you go, it was nice to have a pleasant experience.
