They took my car in immediately upon arrival for servicing. The oil change was completed while I waited. Other services/repairs that may be needed in the near future were explained to me in detail and in terms I could understand, along with estimates. Recommendations for automotive care and maintenance were discussed.

Kenny always gets my car promptly in for service when my car has issues. This time it was overdue for an oil change and I was aware that something else was going on but not quite sure what it was. He and his team quickly diagnosed the issue and they worked over their lunch hour so that I could get my three boys to the dentist on time. My Ford Expedition gets a lot of wear and tear, many miles and it has experienced a variety of problems in the past several months. The Midas team has resolved almost every issue and if they didn’t have the right tool (a recent air conditioning fix), they called the right contact at a nearby dealership and scheduled my service for me. They simply go above and beyond to handle car needs.

I stopped in at Midas without an appointment. The owner, Kenny Laffin, and one mechanic took my vehicle for a drive They came back, confirming my concern regarding my brakes. I brought my vehicle back about an hour later, as I had a dentist appointment. They took my vehicle in immediately. I was given a ride home, so I did not need to wait while my car was being serviced. They were also able to identify the source/problem as to why my Check Engine light was on. They replaced a broken EVAP purge valve during that same visit. I am VERY pleased with the professional and personable service I received.

Ken Laffin was my contact and was very helpful in explaining what could have been the problem and generally how it was remedied. It was a fair price for service and knowledge offered. all my vehicles go there if and when there is an issue.
