Check in was quick. Personnel very knowledgeable. Once work was started, it was completed in a timely manner. There were two customers' work orders prior to mine. They both had complications. This delayed the induction of my vehicle. Happy with the work done on my vehicle.

I had a brake light out. Went to AutoZone and bought light bulb and they called Midas to see if they could put it in for me. They said to come right over that they could do right away. Was only there for 1/2 hour. Very happy to get done that soon.

Took my car to have oil.change n tire rotation with coupon for $17.76. Mgmt told me I needed synthetic n I told him no just takes reg oil Argued n wouldn't do it. BIG RIPOFF!! Don't go there. Wanted 49.99 for synthetic. Bait n switch. Reported to BBB.

I mean to me this store is extremely clean, the manager is very friendly each time I go to get service and the other associates are very friendly and kind and they take the time to explain what they find if anything is needs replacing and they give you the best prices . I love my Midas!

I was turned away after making an appointment for a wheel alignment. The guy there told me they couldn?t do that on a vehicle with 20? wheels. I asked if they turn away pickups and sports cars that come stock with that size wheel. Of course he didn?t have

We had an online application. But the store did not call back, they had no listing for my appt. ,but they were able to take my appt. ,and get me taken care of.

Can not put a negative number on the rating. Was charged $98.71 for a oil change with tire rotation. The tire rotation was supposed to be free. The oil change with tire rotation was advertised on tv at $49.99. Don't think I will ever be back to Midas.
