The employee who helped me was very thorough and invested while explaining the work that needed to be done and my options. I felt as though he truly cared about me and my vehicle. I already knew most of what needed to be done and this inspection was a second opinion. Thier assessment was spot on and they actually found a couple other things that my primary mechanic did not catch and explained them in more detail than any other shop I’ve been to.

Vehicle had shifter and ignition problem. For the sake of not fixing what didn't need to be fixed only the column shift was fixed. However a difficult to detect issue was still causing starting problems which I noticed after picking up vehicle. The team we
